  • Writing review for Bouchon a Chef Thomas Keller restaurant is like saying my Ferrari is a nice fast sports car. Duh! But the fact is this will give you a first hand experience of what Michelin Star restaurant looks and feels like. Impeccable service, to go with great food, served properly. My favorite brunch dish is Croque Madam, simple ham and cheese sandwich with Parisian ham comes with hand cut fresh fries. I also love Boudin Blanc, Poulet Roti, steaks and how can I forget the Seafood tower. You can wash it down with a great bottle of wine from their cellar. It's like back in Paris only outside 102 degree Vegas heat. This is a must visit restaurant.
