  • Alchemy is easily my husband and my go-to place to eat when we can't decide. They have an excellent rotating tap selection and the food is local, delicious and cheap! Whenever possible, try the specials, especially the Batch bread plate of the day! My only complaint is that when they do Friday Fish Fry, they don't offer their amazing sweet potato fries. Also lots of great vegetarian options, which makes me very happy. I recommend the Matilda sandwich, the Maize salad, and my husband recommends the Tin Shack Smokehouse burger. The service is generally good, but sometimes leaves something to be desired. Also expect a wait if you go out after 6pm on weekends and many weekdays.
