  • *NSYNC was playing through the speakers as I waited in the packed drive thru line when I came here, that's the first of the stars earned. Next, it seemed like it was unusually busy for a hot night like tonight as there were only two people working. Each and every customer before me was greeted with smiles and laughs from both employees. Even though they seemed a tad stressed, you could tell they were killing this line with nothing but kindness. Star number 2. 3. The guy on window. I believe his name is Jeremy, but I could be wrong. I haven't seen him in the day time when I've been here so I'm thinking he only works late nights. If so, props! He had the most genuine smile and personality I think I've ever experienced at Dutch. Didn't think that was possible, but he did it. Already can't wait to go back on a night I want a cool drink to beat out this summer heat in hopes he'll be there to serve me again. 4. My drinks are always great, especially when I can't choose my flavors and the people working there make suggestions. But really, the people behind those windows are what make my experiences so good. 5. Can't beat the punch card. Simple and super easy to fill up for those free drinks. Keep an eye on their social media for promos/charity events. Those days are usually super busy but you usually get stamp cards or stickers for going and supporting their causes. TL;DR, thank you Jeremy for making my night here at Dutch Bros. There should be more people like you walking this earth! Your coffee ain't bad either.
