  • We tried a mix plate from Paradise Hawaiian BBQ at this year's Aloha Festival. The BBQ chicken was outstanding! It had incredible flavor and was cooked to perfection, with that magical caramelized crust and just enough char. The kalbi we had was more uneven, with less depth of flavor and a tough, chewy texture. The macaroni salad was fine, if a little heavy on the mayo. Prices were very reasonable. All in all, I would definitely go back to Paradise for future BBQ outings--I'm still thinking about that chicken!
