  • Wow, I'm really surprised at all the negative reviews. My husband and I have been going to The Chocolate Bar for 9 years and we've always been treated well and in a very friendly manner. The atmosphere is nice and cozy, and it's just a great little place to hang out and go for a little treat. The menu has a huge selection - at least 20 kinds of drinks, at least 10 different ice cream combos (and you can specify your own...), Belgian waffles, chocolates, fruit crisp, cheesecake, at least three different kinds of chocolate cake...the menu is overflowing with sweetness! The menu has been relatively the same size over the years too. Last night I had the chocolate raspberry silk torte and it was wonderful. And it was only $5.25. How is that overpriced when chain restaurants want $5.99 and up for the same generic chocolate cake?
