  • Delta Chelsea in my opinion is a pretty awesome hotel. First off the location is great. Right in the heart of downtown, right off of Yonge Street and within walking distance of the Toronto Eaton Cent re mall, close to subway and other public transportation. Location is also great because it is walking distance or a short cab ride to the entertainment district and all the nightclubs and other party theme establishments. Rooms were spacious. Beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were always clean. The bathroom could have been a little nicer but it did the job, nice shower area and sinks were nice. The pool area is nicely set up as well, they have a kids pool for families and an adult only pool that is especially awesome because you can relax in the pool or hot tub without being overrun with excited children. The pool area also includes a outdoor patio area for general lounging and a nice gym for a hotel with various cardio and weight machines. There are multiple restaurants on site including a market fresh area where you can get sodas, pizzas and other snacks without having to go through the entire sit down restaurant experience. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Check in was smooth and the concierge helped me with a couple of questions I had. I will say a negative is they don't seem to care to update the balcony areas outside of each room. The paint was chipping on my balcony and the ground was dirty but that was a small inconvenience as I didn't spend much time on the balcony. All in all great hotel in a excellent location with many quality services.
