We had Sunday brunch buffet at Pikes a few weeks ago, I suggest you go before 11:30. They do accept reservations for parties of six or more. They have both indoor and outdoor sitting. We arrived shortly before 11:30 therefore we had no wait, upon leaving the line to be seated was out the door and extremely congested. I suppose you give your name to be placed on a list to be seated, that said it seemed most people waiting lingered around the door area. This made it a tad difficult getting through the buffet line as well as trying to get through the door to leave. I think there's very limited waiting space at the door although there were chairs for those waiting to be seated just outside the front door for those waiting to be seated. We were very pleased with our brunch especially considering it was a buffet we weren't sure what to expect. There were several different pastry type items to choose from, scrambled eggs, eggs Benedict, bacon, sausage, hash brown casserole (which was wonderful), a blueberry French toast that was wonderful as well. They also offered steam boat roast beef sliced for you as well as several other "non breakfast" type foods that appeared to look as good as the breakfast stuff. We were to full from our breakfast choices to give those a try. I'm certain there will be more trips to Pikes from us in the future. I should add although they are clearly busy for Sunday brunch our server was very helpful (this was our first visit) as well as attentive in refilling drinks and clearing our table of dirty dishes. Give them a try you won't be disappointed!!
