  • I wanted to express to potential renters and Carlyle management that in Lee, Richard, and Marlon you have not only three great employees, but three wonderful individuals. All three gentlemen went above and beyond in their response to my several maintenance requests. All three were professional in their conduct, personable in their approach to us, and accomodated our every need. Marlon and Richard worked extremely hard and were quick in their repairs. Marlon did some awesome work for us and gave us what feels like a brand new A/C unit. His work will also save us money on our bills. He and Richard were just awesome! Carlyle is lucky to have these two men working for them under Lee's fantastic supervision. Carlyle should be proud to have all three. Please let them know how happy we are! We love living here. It is home.
