  • THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR! (But I had to click on one to complete the review). NEVER, NEVER use Ace Air of Phoenix if you value yourself or your money. They have the rudest, lousiest customer service, and DO NOT stand behind their work. Service people show up when they feel like it and get this: they try to UP CHARGE you on a warranty call! On a service call they shouldn't even be making in the first place, instead of apologetically and politely fixing the LEMON they installed on my roof that rarely works, they're busy trying to hustle a "diagnosis" or some other bs charge out of you. Additionally, their service tech stole one of my husband's tools that he accidentally left out in plain sight. Words cannot express what a piece of ***t this company is.
