  • I ordered a cake for my sons birthday with specific directions on how I would like the cake to look it was a BRONCOS cake that needed to be blue and orange with a Coustomer helmet on top of cake I came the day of my sons birthday party to pick up my cake and I was completely disappointed in the cake the cake was green !! The fondue was cracking the helmet was ugly and blue and black totally wrong colors I asked for blue and orange and the face mask connected to the helmet to b white and the cake in general was just sloppy I could have made a better cake my self in my own kitchen I was so embarrassed by the cake I didn't even use it for my sons party .by the way the cake cost $208 . I had a Louis Vuitton cake done for my sis bday about 2 years ago from this bakery that turned out beautifully I don't know what happened to this bakery but it has really gone down hill ! And not to mention when I voiced my complaint to the staff I was told that a manager would be contacting me on this matter but I never got a call from any one completely un professional .I will never come back to this bakery again and I will spread the word so no one is ripped off by this place like I was
