  • Definitely one of the worst experiences I have had at Dutch bros (and I'm a pretty avid visitor). The girl taking our drink order was very rude and didn't now how to put in our drink order. The guy at the counter was equally rude and when I gave him my stamp card, which was two stamps away from being full, he returned two stamp card with only 4 stamps on them. When I told him that those weren't right he was not apologetic at all and didn't seem to care. I'm used to having Dutch bros employees be super nice and these ones were the exact opposite.
