  • DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. We have been customers for a few years. Blue Sky is incompetent, unable to adhere to schedules, and do not care for their customers. After they were a no-show (once again), I called to complain. They dodged the issue and after a few hours I finally got a call back. The management blamed the error on a new employee. I told them we were unhappy and they literally said "OK". They blamed it on the "new girl" rather than addressing the issue. We immediately switched services. Ozone pest control picked up the ball and made it happen. They were diligent, considerate and professional. I'm taking a pic of this post so when they delete it, I'll have a copy. AGAIN, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They do not care about their customers, only their $$$. After years of customer loyalty they acted so unprofessionally it's shocking.
