  • We have purchased many vehickes From Henderson Nissan over the past 9 years. As well because at that time their service was top notch. We sent at leat 10+ of our friends and Family. BUT not long ago they changed hands. Since then most of the folks we new there have left all new managment as well. And the Suck! Got a call from saleman to inform us it was end of month and had a lot of sales and deals. We asked specifically if Leases were gonna be part and he said yes and although I was still in a lease with Nissan, figured it was worth a try to find something a little more reliable. Once there we noticed no sales happening, and the sakeman we had worked with once before was busy the customer Service mgr aporosched us and it went down hill from there. He was rude. A bit condescending to me drawibg me a pucture of the differance vewteen how a lease purchase vs a regular purchase worked. Like we were children. Then he acted like selling us a care didnt matter. When we picked out a car he must wrote aporox payment ect.. But never formally ran numbets. It was odd and unconfortable. I mentioned I had already talk to Honda and they were ready to make a deal. He said then go there.._ (jerk) Will Never ever go to Nissan especialky in Henderson Nv. How disappointing. Put off my there lack of professionalism, No Customer Service. Oh and yes bought my 2016 Honda Civic that sane night at a great deal with the best group of people NISSAN NO LONGER CARES ABOUT SERVICE OR SELLING VEHICLES. LASTLY IF YOU OWN A 14-16 NISSAN VERSA NOTE. NISSAN CORP HAS A MAJOR RECALL ON THOSE VEHICLES DUE TO VERY DANGEROUS AIRBAGS AND HAVE NO FIX YET. I WAS NEVER TOLD AND FOUND OUT NOT BY NISSAN THE NIGHT I WANTED TO TRADE ONE OF THERE OWN CARS BUT BY HONDA HENDERSON.
