  • Where do I start? 1. Let me begin by saying within the first few months of living here we got our apartment broken into, nearly $ 8,000 worth of stuff was stolen not to mention our peace of mind!! When we called management to notify them, they truly did not care at all and said it happened at this property often. They left our sliding glass door shattered for THREE days. The gate at the back of these apartments are always broken. (Don't even TRY mentioning it to management, nothing will get fixed) A few months later our sliding glass door was shattered yet AGAIN. Thankfully we then had an alarm system in our unit. It took them 30 DAYS to fix. My fiancĂ© and I have not had peace of mind since the first time it happened. 2. We had a leak in our apartment which took 3 days for maintenance to even LOOK at.... & two weeks to fix. Light bulbs around the buildings are always going out, dog poop EVERYWHERE to the point that you are actually tip toeing to walk around to parking area. (Photos attached) My fiancĂ© and I have BOTH been in and out of the front office to notify them of how unsafe we have felt and our concerns. The ladies that work in the front office write your concern on a post-it note, say it will be fixed and never speak to you again. Mark my words. More than 50% of their work day they are outside in the front of the office smoking cigarettes. The lack of professionalism in this complex is disappointing. If you care about your belongings, peace of mind OR your family at all. DO NOT MOVE HERE!
