  • Stopped at Jackson's to get my car washed on Thursday, February 9. While gathering up my things to go wait, the employee helping me pointed out a ding on my windshield and asked if I wanted to talk to their glass guy, which I did. I had been driving around with that ding for a while, but just never got around to taking care of it. The glass tech, Robert Widdison, explained that fixing the ding would only take a short time, and that he'd call my insurance right then and there to assure it was covered, so I agreed to have it fixed. Well, Robert did just that, and it was 100% covered! This already great, unexpected service got even better when I was told that my car wash was absolutely free for letting Jacksons Car Wash fix the ding in my windshield! Robert was as nice as could be. Jacksons Car Wash on Tatum & Cactus is awesome!
