  • I would not suggest this company. I scheduled an afternoon appointment for 3pm thru their office. At 3:15 I called their office to ask where was their tech?? They told me that he would be there in 15 minutes. At 3:45, there is no tech and no phone call from their office. I called them again and cancelled the appointment. In my opinion, they have poor customer service skills. Also I was told they wanted payment in cash, if a credit card is used they will charge an extra 7% service fee.
