The first night I was put into a room that overlooked the Carnival Court area between the hotel and Harrah's next door. What they didn't tell me when I checked in was that there was an open air bar that blasted music until 3 AM. No sleep. Front desk refused to comp me the night. I kept protesting and they said they could not comp rooms. They eventually gave me a lunch buffet comp.
Slept okay the rest of the nights once they moved me. Beds were comfortable but the elevators and carpeting in the older tower I stayed in was noticeably aged.
Price is right but know what you are getting into - management's hands are tied due to ridiculously low rates they are offering.
