We have purchased through UPSforLess.com multiple times in the past with no issues. This time, however, has been the worst experience. Absolutely TERRIBLE Customer Service. No one returns your calls, no one returns your emails. My company ordered a product over 3 weeks ago and we can not get in touch with anyone to update us on the status of our order. Our credit card was charged but they have "gone dark." No one answers the phone when you try their number. As there is no way to cancel our order at this point (since no one even responds to us), we are stuck in limbo waiting with a $600 charge on our credit card. WE WILL NOT BE PURCHASING FROM THEM EVER AGAIN. They have lost a loyal customer from due to their lack of business etiquette.
