  • Just went to our regular groomer who was shocked when we walked in with our two boys for a quick bath. As we suspected the only reason to shave dogs down almost to their skin is laziness. They should have taken the matted coats down to about two inches and then the hair would have been more manageable to brush and comb out. Had the owner or groomer at least let us know. I guess if you can't be bother to answer the phone as was the case when we called, why would they bother to call us. I hope the next time the groomer goes for her own hair they shave her bald! I cannot even comprehend how a grooming business could even consider not contacting the pets parents if they could not handle the job. We would have gladly just picked them up and taken them to a professional place that were responsible for our pets well being.
