  • One star because I could not rate zero. Been waiting 4+ months for the results, despite the fact that I had followed up countless times. Every time I ended up with the answer that I should receive an email in a week or two. A week ago I asked for a full refund, no one contacted me yet - called two times since, to receive for the first time today the answer "I don't know what is going on with your file". Terrible service, not professional, they don't seem to know what's going on, every person you talk to will give you a different answer. Might come back with an update if I ever get to resolve this.
