  • Price was exactly as quoted, that's always a good feeling. The technician that came out did a terrific job. Spent time prepping and working on stains. He was professional, pleasant and obviously wanted to do a good job & make sure were satisfied with the work. LOVED that I could include a tile floor in my 3 rooms for same price. THANK YOU. Grout really needed cleaning. The phone system and appointment process was good but not great. Super nice, but some details needed correcting during appointment confirmation day before, appreciated how thorough they checked, so we found address had been transposed & few little things before there was any problem. Then 'day of' they called to see if they could come early, after being told twice before no one would be home before 3. But then they were, "oh gosh, I see that noted here, so sorry I called." As I said, very nice but it's the 4 instead of a 5.
