SOL Mexican Cocina was recommended by a local. It's located in the Scottsdale Quarter next to the garage. We went here on a weeknight and there were plenty of parking. The parking was free and valet option was available. They had initially told us that there were a 20 minutes wait; however, we were seated within 3 minutes.
They had a vast selection of margaritas but the beer selection was poor. I can't drink margaritas (tequila = poison to my body) but my friend's margarita looked really good. I had the Carne Asada Burrito. It was the size of a small baby. I was able to bring at least half the burrito home as leftovers, really good as leftovers! The server offered us an option to have it like an enchilada and have the sauce all over the burrito. I definitely took her up on that.
Overall, the service was good and dinner was pricey. $24 with food, beer, and tip. I suppose it's reasonable since this is located in an upscale dining and shopping area. I would come back!
