I had a very disappointing experience as a first time customer. Last Saturday, 10/21 I had 4 new tires put on my 2011 Kia Soul. Yesterday, Monday 10/23 I was leaving work and was shocked to see I had a flat tire. When I called Conrad's to see what I should do to get it fixed I was understandably very upset and the man I spoke to on the phone was rude and nonchalant about the problem. He told me I would need to call the tow service and "it was better to pay for a tow than a new tire." My dad ended up putting my spare on so i could drive there myself. There were no nails or other damage to the tire and I was not even given an apology for the inconvenience. The kicker was when I was told that my tpms sensor was broken and with my tire "warranty" it would be $78 to replace. The stem that they were going to give me was rubber when I have aluminum stems. I would have been back needing my other 3 replaced if I had had the work done at Conrad's. They almost cost me an extra $312 when I just paid for new tires. I took my car across the street to Monroe's and had the work done for $68 for something Conrad's likely broke in the first place. I cannot believe that this business is still open with the poor workmanship, rude customer service and dishonest practices that I experienced. I would like Conrad's to make this situation right, but if no attept is made I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and also telling everyone I know to go elsewhere for their auto services.
