  • I was so excited I traveled 1500 miles and I was going to go to Hobby bench. When we get there my seven-year-old wife needed to go to the bathroom, the woman at the counter told her oh no you couldn't go here then we have to let everybody. So she center down the road. I went over into the RC section, and wanted to go get some parts close up so I asked to step the one step behind the counter to look at the parts. Oh no you can't do that if you start if I let you behind I have to let everybody behind and then the stealing starts. in the day and age of no customer service. This place Has none. If you need to buy hobby supplies I guess the only now is to buy them online since Hobby bench doesn't give a damn about customer service. I urge you to go anywhere but here for good customer service.
