The reason for the 3 stars is the courteous greeting that I received from the front door attendant when I arrived at the dealership to purchase my Dodge Grand Caravan, otherwise this review would have been 2 stars only!
What I have experienced at Desert 215 was that everyone working there pretends to be your best friend until you purchase the car and drive it off their lot.
Since the recent purchase of my 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan from Desert 215, the vehicle has stalled several times and has left my family and I stranded for several hours until the tow truck arrived. When calling my Salesperson, he tells me that he is with a customer and will call me back shortly. Well, 9 hours passes and I don't get a rerun call. I called and requested to speak to a Sales manager and twice was transferred to a voicemail.
At the time of purchase, my salesperson and his manger constantly bragged of how the owner (Mr. Grant) wants 100% customer satisfaction and he has started the Desert 215 dealership to change the car buying experience a pleasant one for the consumers. Just to inform you Mr. Grant, I have had my vehicle stalled 3 times with my family in the car as I was driving. For the past 2 days, I had to jump start the vehicle 3 times.
I will definitely not purchase a vehicle from Desert 215 again.
