  • This was a great shopping experience at Lowe's!! We met a sales rep named Shawn who was very accommodating. He showed my sister and I overs, the newest refrigerators, they beat Home Depot's prices hands down and even accepted my military discount on top of the sales price! Everyone who helped me: Shawn, Laura, and Carlton were great! Thank you for giving me the customer service I deserve Lowe's! My original review was written when my sister and I went to Lowe's to search for a new Samsung washing machine since my machine was recalled! Well today my new Samsung washing machine was delivered and once again I have nothing but good things to say about Lowe's and the great people that work for them! My delivery guys were JR and Shawn, these two had a great chemistry and worked well together! They were professional, courteous and polite, and they worked quickly to install the new machine and remove the old one! Once they were done installing the new washer they did a run through of a few cycles to make sure it was working properly and answered all my questions before leaving! This dynamic duo made what could have been an inconvenience a interesting experience!
