  • This business was contracted to repipe our complex, so I didn't have a choice. We attended a meeting and were told some things to expect and scheduled a walk-through so we can have direct contact and specific instructions. The walk-through was with Kelly, the "project manager" on-site. We were told that work would begin on the Friday. The Friday rolls around...and no one shows up. So I call them and they say that they'll start on our place on Monday instead. Well, that's a day wasted. Doesn't bode well, right? Monday comes around and they begin (including removing the washer/dryer). The work ends on Wednesday and the workers advise us that the dry-wall'ers and painters will be in to finish the job, including re-installing the washer/dryer. One small problem, the hot/cold water in the guest bathroom is reversed...ok, they'll fix that. Thursday comes around, one of the guys comes and switches the hot/cold water in the guest bathroom, and the dry-wall'ers come and patch everything. So far, the work done was pretty good. Drywall'ers say the painters should be by Friday. Friday...no one shows. Call Kelly...leave a voice mail (this is fairly constant throughout the process). That means we'll be out another weekend without the washer/dryer. :/ Monday, the painters show up around 5:15pm (they normally work from 8am-5pm during the week). They'll also install the washer/dryer (this is a different issue that I'm not applying to AMA...except for being told one thing and having another be done). So, to sum up everything: +1 Repipe workers did a great job +1 Drywall/patch workers also did a great job -1 Kelly/project manager...seems not organized and doesn't get back to the client in a timely fashion -1 Scheduling (told work to start on Friday, ends up starting on Monday, told work to finish on Friday, ends up finishing on Monday) -1 The number of "horror stories" of other tenants in the complex. I'm also lumping in the workers...one of them was racist to his co-worker. Bottom line: Would I recommend them? No...I'd find a place more local that has a project manager that understands customer service.
