  • As follow up to my previous review of this firm I would just like to take a moment to reflect back now that this case has closure. The frustration that was encountered early on has seen resolution. Being that this case was work related it was extremely difficult to deal with the broken system of Workers Comp in Nevada. The system has been for many years geared toward the employer with very little regard or concern for the injured employee. This firm overall did an adequate job on my representation even tho at times it seemed like we were at best getting the shaft. This firm as well as many other firms in this state are hindered from obtaining the best for their clients due to legislature that was set forth many years ago. My concerns previously were addressed by both senior partners and I have since gained a whole new respect for them. They certainly want the best for their clients and maintain a transparent relationship with their clients and their staff. Thank you for doing your best under the guidelines that you have to work with and please keep up your endeavors to change and institute better laws that are geared more towards the injured employees. After all, we didn't plan or ask to be injured and therefore shouldn't have to be slighted or ridiculed for it.
