  • The service center is awful. I came in for a repair estimate and they said it'd be done by the next day, Friday. I called at the end of Friday since I hadn't heard anything, and the guy said he hadn't been able to get to it. A call would be nice, but no big deal. Then, I call several times on Saturday and no one picked up. Around 5 o'clock I drive down to check it out in person, and they're closed, and as they're closed Sundays and Mondays, I had to wait until Tuesday to connect with them to find out they still hadn't stared work. When I finally picked up my bike, I find out it it's $80 just to get an estimate for repairs. No way was I giving these guys another dime of my money. Stay away -- their service is bush league.
