  • To Avon's credit, one of the owners (from a different Avon location) contacted me and offered to try and make things right, so I will add a star (up to 3) to credit the fact that someone there cares about customers. Also, apparently other Avon locations should not be judged by my experience at this particular store. Doesn't change my experience, but credit for trying to improve things. I should finally add that my suits came back without incident - the problem only occurred with the white shirt that I dropped off.
