  • The new management company is significantly increasing the rents on all of the apartments. The units are very small, but decent inside, and noisy if you live on the first floor and have people above you. The development has a little riff raff living there and in and out of the surrounding retail convenience stores, etc, and there was a shooting by the pool about a year ago (not sure if it was tenants involved or guests). People allow their dogs to run freely in the green area, which makes a mess. The repair guy, Pete is excellent, so hoping they'll keep him. The place overall offers nothing special for the very high prices.
