rev:text	Is it possible to give it 0 stars? 02/28/2018, Had a tire on Lexus I shipped to Arizona that was losing air. Took it to DT and spoke with Steve who told us they couldn't repair the tire because it had a screw in it and it was improperly repaired before, (different nail). I do not have a problem with that and was willing to replace the tire, what bothered me was Steve telling us we needed 4 new tires. It was obvious from the beginning Steve was just trying to sell tires, not find the best solution for our problem. If I need 4 new tires I would buy them at Costco, as we get the rewards points, and they are probably a little cheaper. I went to DT because of the allegedly exceptional customer service, and honesty, was sorely disappointed. I went to Costco and spoke with service manager who confirmed what Steve told us about one bad tire, but confirmed what I thought about other 3 tires. (They were fine.) Costco didn't have tire in stock, so directed us to, you guessed it, Discount Tire, (not the one we were at previously) . Went there (frank lloyd wright location) who replaced bad tire, and checked other 3 and confirmed they were in excellent shape. If i could of waited I would of returned to Costco because of honesty of Rene, tire shop manager, showed us tread readings etc. Steve at Discount Tire at talking Stock location is Smarmy, and not to be trusted. I knew Bruce Halle, founder of DT, and considered him a friend. I think he would of been very disappointed in the integrity and actions of Steve. Will never go to that location again. FLW location and Justin were great, he was totally apologetic about actions of Talking Stick Location.
