I've been here a few times, and I've never had any problems with the service or the food. Like the name suggests, it is a cross between a Korean restaurant and bar. It's dimly lit with raised booths along the back wall and tables arranged in the center of the room. When you first walk in, there are a couple of mini arcade games with a set of mini chairs. My friend and I were playing co-op and we were basically squatting over our chairs. I love that they have these old school games, and I would probably come back JUST to play.
As for the food, I haven't been to a Korean restaurant in Vegas that tastes better than Soyo's. I've gotten something different everytime I come here and I have yet to be disappointed, but I also haven't had anything that really stands out and says "Devour Me!"
