  • Had dinner there tonight for a small celebration. We had registered with the seat-ahead feature, but got hungry and went a tad early. We had been informed on line that there was no room before 6:30, but we walked in at 6 and the place was more than half empty. That said, service was great; the server knew a lot about the steaks and how they should be cooked. She did, however, make comment about the fact that one of the party ordered loaded baked potato soup and also a baked potato with their entree. Is it really her business? Steaks were good, cooked properly. I had ordered blue cheese crumbles on mine, however, and what I got was a thick paste of blue cheese slathered on the top of the filet. I had to scrape it off because I found it offensive. The rest of the food - salad, soup, sides - were very good. Will I go back? No, I think I'll find a not-so-assembly-line type steakhouse next time.
