We noticed a few of these around the city and decided to give it a shot.
The service was good. Although it was a Monday and the place was mostly empty.
I had the Ribs with the signature sauce, chili lime I believe, and it was quite good. The ribs were dry, I think they were sitting out a while, but the meat was tender and like I said, the sauce was quite good. My wife had the gumbo which was good, but needed more heat, especially for a place with "Southern" influence.
If the ribs had been a little fresher it would have earned another star. Too bad.
