We had dinner there last at 6:30 night just around sunset. The view from the widow seats are amazing. It's really cool to see the city change from day light to the Vegas lights at night. You can also see people sky jump off the stratosphere while you eat.
I picked a bottle of Sanctuary Pinot Noir from Santa Maria to start off. My wife had the Lobster Bisque for a first course and they do it table side for an awesome touch. For our main course she had the lamb chops and I had a filet with foie gras. Both dishes were amazing and also had great presentation. Afterward she had bananas foster and I had a glass of Pinot Noir from the wines by the glass. The glass of Pinot Noir was SO much different from the bottle that ordered it actually was the only negative of the night. I should went with a cab or merlot but that's my bad. After dessert we finished with coffee and expresso. Our waiter was great, everything went smooth. He was prefect, never missed a mark and was on point. Even talked to a manager on the way out and told him how smooth everything was. Top of the World ran like a well oil machine that night.
