  • Absolutely the best buffet I've ever been to. Expect to wait at least an hour to get in. The food here is so good. If it weren't a buffet, I'd say that the food is still pretty good quality and flavor but seeing as they make this stuff for thousands of people a day and they make it non stop, the quality is really great. They have different sections: seafood, smoked/bbqed meat + southern american food, mexican, italian, asian and desserts. The highlight of the seafood section for me and our party of 16 were the scallops. I don't know what they put in them or how they made them but they were uhhhhhmazing. After sitting under the heat for a while, you'd expect the scallops to dry out but they were still juicy and tasted perfectly cooked. Their smoke/bbqed meat favorite for me were the Wagyu beef sliders. I'd say stay away from their prime rib, fried chicken, and mac and cheese. All three of those were mediocre. The tacos were really good too. Coming from SD we have a great variety and selection of quality Mexican food. The tacos here were on par with authentic Mexican food shops in SD. Their seafood paella was also really good. Its got a kick to it so watch out for that. Stay clear of their dim sum area. Its not that good in my opinion. Their sushi was always out :( but I had one piece and it was pretty fresh. Their desserts are on a whole different level. SOOO good. My favorite was the tiramisu but I also liked the panna cotta and their macarons. They have this peanut putter dessert that I'd recommend but I'm a big fan of peanut butter so I don't know if it'd be the same for the average person. It was pretty peanut buttery?
