  • I am totally sold on the concept of not having to tip for services and knowing exactly what the cost of services will be in advance. So far I have used their salon and was happy with the results and have also been to a Sparty which was enjoyable. I like what I see and the concept behind it. The earlier reviews seem to have been made soon after Frespa opened. I like to keep an open mind and realize that it will be a little quiet and empty at first until they build up their client base. I've also booked appointments on line without any problem whatsoever. This idea may not be for everybody, but for me it was a win win idea. You can roll-over your points and even give them as gifts which I also thought was a great idea. Anyway that is my 2 cents worth.
