  • The hotel ballroom had a large birthday party going on all night. The music was beyond loud, vibrating all the way up to the third floor. The front desk was no help, advising the party was booked until 1:00 and the banquet manager was aware of the complaint. The music continued for hours. Absolutely no regard for the other 100 guests who were trying to sleep. Unbelievably disrespectful. The next day, the manager was apologetic and comped the room. At least he listened to my frustration and did what he could to make it right.
