  • Let me start out by saying I flipping LOVE Dutch Bros. I absolutely do NOT like coffee but I will drink theirs. Anyways. My sister and I were going out of town and were leaving at 2 o'clock in the morning... this location is one of the only locations that is open 24/7. I drove all the way from Goodyear at 1:30 in the morning to get coffee before we left. When I arrived the lines were blocked off but the lights were on inside. I waited and called to see if anyone would answer... nobody did. At this point more cars pulled up. A woman and I both got out of our cars and approached the window and there was a worker inside. She tapped on the glass and he straight up ignored us. I called again in front of him and I could hear it ringing. OKAY I GOT IT THAT YOU'RE CLOSED. You can at least answer and tell me why and you can at least acknowledge the fact I'm standing right in front of you at 1:30 in the morning. I never EVER get so upset with service but to be ignored is not acceptable. I will be calling the manager and whoever else I need to speak with. For the record... the one in Goodyear is bomb ass!!!
