  • We had a fantastic meal here one night and enjoyed some of the best people watching ever. We started with the cheese plate and the caprese salad. Everything was delicious, but there needed to be a better conduit for the cheese - more bread or crackers or something. The waitstaff were teriffic, very attentive but not annoying. There was a special richotta gnocci that night with chantarelle mushrooms and truffles - it was fantastic though the shaved truffles were ENORMOUS so a bit overwhelming. Dave had the salmon and said it was the best thing he's ever eaten. EVER. It did look amazing - perfectly cooked, crisp on the outside and served with these succulent julienned summer veggies. Yum. The only confusion came from their website which made it seem as though there are two restaurants - a cafe and then a more upscale restaurant with a totally different menu. They've now gotten rid of the restaurant menu and just use the cafe menu whether you eat inside or "outside". I highly recommend Postrio for a fantastic meal and sit outside for the laugh riot that is the people watching in Las Vegas!
