  • I was in Hilton Village today going to The Joint. I passed by Juut and stopped in to ask about their pricing for a hair cut. I just got my hair cut two weeks ago at a different salon, paid $70 plus tip, and was not happy with the result. The top was heavy, my bangs, which should be soft and swept to the side, were hanging straight down in my eyes. Molly was standing at the front desk and listened to my concerns. Molly is a top stylist at the salon. She offered to soften up my bangs at no cost. Once I got in her chair, she did much more than just my bangs, working on the top and sides to soften the overall look. The difference was amazing! Again, she did this at no cost because she knew once she worked her magic I would be back. And she was right. I made a follow-up for four weeks out. I can't thank Molly enough.
