  • I can't believe this place doesn't have a higher rating!? It is a gem! I have been bringing my vehicle to Southwest for about 6 years and have always had an amazing experience. They are always busy but they manage to squeeze me in fairly quickly. Kevin and his team are quick to diagnose, offer fair pricing and I always leave feeling good about the process. They are honest - it really feels like they care about the customer experience and enjoy what they do. Last year I brought my vehicle in after it had sat for 6 months and ended up with a dead battery. Kevin had noticed that I had bought it at Southwest a few years prior. He took it upon himself to look up the warranty and procedure and he got me a replacement battery for free! How can it get better than that? He cares and he looks out for his customers. I will always recommend his business and always bring all of my vehicles to him.
