  • I was very disappointed with our current stay at this location. The customer service was non-existent; the staff was pretty rude and unfriendly. For what our stay cost, I would expect to have my room cleaned, trash cans emptied and fresh towels on a daily basis as any other hotel or motel would do, for that matter. Our towels were not clean to begin with, but when we asked about getting fresh towels, we were advised that we had to pay a fee for that. The website indicates that there is an iron and ironing board in every room and when we noticed one was not in our room, we called the front desk. The associate at the front desk told us the website lied and was rather rude when telling us how we can go about getting an iron. The website should reflect actual pictures of the hotel and its accomodations, rather than fake pictures. Don't let the free wi-fi fool you either. It is not "free". There is a fee for everything. Or you can leave your ID at the front desk with the sketchy people when you are in need of something; i.e. an iron, blow dryer, etc. Yes, some rooms have kitchens w/ a stove...but make sure to bring your own dishes. those are only available for purchase. You probably have to pay to have the stove turned on and that's probably for an additional fee as well. Nothing about this hotel is accurately described on its site. Our room was a non-smoking room, but yet was equipped with an ashtray and had an incredible stench of cigarette smoke. This is definitely something every mother wants their child to inhale. (sarcasm) This made our time in the room itself very uncomfortable. This is not a hotel I would return to, nor would I recommend to others.
