  • Completed a inquiry form and Kilter Mechanical Cooling and Heating was one of those that responded. Within a few minutes, Brett responded. He was able to come out that day, but, I had a delay on my end and had to reschedule for the next day. Brett came out or an assessment and deep clean (of unit for a new suite I was leasing). Not only was his price for the service and deep clean very competitive, he did NOT try to oversell me on any other service, replacement of parts, etc. He did point out some issues with the unit, and when I asked if it should be repaired/replaced, he would simply say, "No. I just wanted to let you know it was operating at a certain level (or life left)." So, if you need someone who is HONEST and is more interested in you calling him back when there IS an issue, I would recommend Kilter Mechanical Cooling and Heating.
