  • Horrible Moving Company and here's why: 1. Hidden costs that they neglect to tell you about when they give their moving quote, and from what I've read here on Yelp, this is pretty standard for this company. 2. An hour late to the job. 3. One of the guys spent so much time standing around either watching the other guy do all the work, or messing with his cell phone, we felt we had to jump in to help because the job was dragging on so long and the costs were of course going up as well. 4. Damaged our television and scratched our hard wood floors in several places. 5. Upon admitting to the damage they caused, they said they would send someone out to take a look. When that didn't happen, I emailed the company but no reply. Then we called and they said they would send us out the paperwork to get things taken care of. We called three times, and yep... you guessed it, no paperwork ever arrived. Again, after reading the reviews on Yelp, it seems this is S.O.P. for these folks. 6. I guess I could have sucked up the above and let that go.... however, the movers gave my son a joint while I was in another room.... that would be cannabis. My son, who was struggling with drug problems. Of course they didn't know that, and it was my son's choice to accept (he then gave it to me after they left); however, this was beyond unprofessional, inexcusable. To say the least, I wish I had read the reviews on Yelp first before I hired this company. I will never use or recommend them in the future!!! In response to the companies comment to my post: I was moving my son, who lives in Arizona, I am not mistaken.
