  • I was happy to find a auto shop close by with great reviews. I got my oil changed here and the staff was all very friendly and the man working behind the counter was very nice and seemed to really enjoy his job. I have been having squeaky brakes, so I took it to Honest 1. There was a different man working behind the counter. Unfortunately he did not have a name tag or introduce himself. He was not very friendly, did not explain the charges very clearly despite me asking questions. I wish I would have gotten a second quote rather than falling for the scare tactic "If you drive away without fixing this, I will have to fill out a form for liability since your car has safety issues." The entire 2-3 hours I waited in the waiting room, this employee watched YouTube videos, laughing the entire time. Not very professional. I will take my business where it is appreciated and not be treated like another sale.
