  • Bill West was great! I would recommend him to anyone I know! I brought my highlander over told him that I needed ideas to change the look of the vehicle. He said to me that when it's done you won't even recognize it! He kept his promise to me and I am so thankful that he did!!! He was upfront with me about pricing and kept me involved every step of the way. I was so nervous about putting on rims since I had never had them add to any of my cars. Bill gave some recommendations and I told him I didn't want to lose the ride of the vehicle. He told me that he will make sure that I had the same ride and of course he kept to his word. I am telling you that if you are looking to customize your vehicle go to Findlay Customs inside Findlay Toyota and ask for Bill. He knows what he is doing and will be upfront with you!
