  • This place was terrible. They have no business being in a customer service or hospitality oriented business. I am happy with the results but they were the rudest employees ive ever seen. My lady expected me to know the whole process of an acrylic set and got frustrated and said "Oh my god" when I asked for a bit shorter nails. She told me "You should have told me when I asked if the length was okay" and I did say they were too short but instead she hit me back with "you don't want them any shorter" and proceeded the process. I was very patient and kind but she only grew meaner with the worst attitude. She used phrases like "are you serious" "whatever ill just do them shorter" (this ones funny because her JOB is to do nails how the customer likes) and repeatedly told me I need to specify if I want an acrylic set next time I call (LOL as if I will ever go back to that "nail salon"). She spoke to me like I was dumb and the customer next to me even butted in because she was being so horrendously rude. She acted like she was a middle school girl complaining about doing her homework. Very embarrassing and pathetic place. The other workers threw an attitude at me and my mother and the friends we brought. 0/10 DO NOT GO. $$$ too. Clearly does NOT care about the customer. I wish there was a 0 star option.
