  • I don't really like giving out bad reviews but Joe was supposed to return my phone calls and never did. The person who referred us to him and his office spoke with him and said he would be getting in touch with me to follow up on the work estimate and I still haven't heard from him. Here we are several weeks after our initial call and still he's been silent. Time to move on to the next electrician after losing two weeks waiting for this guy. Rather unprofessional in my opinion and is a reflection of how he and his company may be with communication, which is a big deal when dealing with people who work on/in your home.
